American Modern created a roadmap to develop an Enterprise Data Model, an Operational Data Store, an Enterprise Data warehouse, a metadata management process, a themed analytic data mart layer, and an enterprise-reporting portal.

NCR Enterprise Data Warehouse

The EDW plays a vital role in numerous processes including the monthly closing of the books, SOX compliance, order flow analytics, and call center knowledge sharing.

Over 35 source systems feed data to the EDW into 33 high level data subjects. 5,100 internal plus 2,000 external users account for over 400,000 queries against the EDW per month.
